Ultraseal 3750 is used to protect structures from damages caused by the infiltration of moisture. It meets CGSB 37.50 and is effectively installed on the following:

Ultratherm is direct-fired membrane composed of specially selected compatible bitumen, synthetic rubber polymers and inert fillers. The technically advanced blending of these materials results in a product that displays excellent properties for roofing and waterproofing systems. The toughness, the impact resistance, extensibility, the elastic properties, and the thermal shock resistance are characteristics of Ultratherm’s high performance.

ULTRASEAL Crystalline Concrete Waterproofing (CCW) products consist of organic and inorganic crystals, quartz sand and Portland cements. The reaction of the “free lime” in concrete and the chemicals, with the presence of moisture forms crystals, which seals the capillaries in concrete. The process of crystalline growth in the presence of moisture is continuous and can penetrate deep into the capillaries of concrete.
  • ULTRASEAL CCW is used to waterproof masonry and concrete structures. It is applied on the interior or exterior surface, since it is equally effective, with or against a head of water. It is used on foundation walls, slab or grade, water tanks, water towers, reservoirs, swimming pools and concrete tunnels.

ULTRASEAL CEM is a solvent based, cold-applied single component polymer-modified bitumen. It is composed of synthetic rubbers, carefully selected compatible bitumen, inert mineral fillers and solvents. The dried film cures to a tough, flexible, highly elastomeric waterproof coating.
